1	등록비 영수증 발급해주세요. Can I receive a receipt for the registration fee?	등록이 완료되면 등록 시 입력하신 이메일로 영수증이 자동 발송되며, 마이페이지에서도 확인하실 수 있습니다. 카드로 결제하신 경우 마이페이지에서 카드 영수증도 확인하실 수 있습니다. Once your registration is completed, a receipt will be automatically sent to the email address you provided during registration. You can also check it in your My Page. If you paid by credit card, the card receipt will also be available in your My Page.
2	무통장입금 했는데 등록 상태가 In process예요. I made a bank transfer, but my registration status is still “In process”	순차적으로 확인 중입니다. 입금 후 3영업일이 지나도 상태가 변경되지 않을 경우 이메일로 문의해주시기 바랍니다. Payments are being verified sequentially. If your status has not changed within three business days after the transfer, please contact us by email.
3	결제수단 변경하고 싶어요. 환불 후 재결제 가능한가요? Can I change my payment method? Is it possible to receive a refund and make a new payment?	마이페이지에서 환불 신청 후 승인 완료되면 다시 등록해주시기 바랍니다. Please request a refund through your My Page first. Once the refund is approved, you may register again.
4	환불이 언제 승인되나요? When will my refund be processed?	환불 신청일로부터 3영업일 이내에 처리되며, 카드사에 따라 최대 10영업일까지 소요될 수 있습니다. 환불이 완료되면 완료 안내 이메일이 발송됩니다. Refunds are processed within three business days from the date of the refund request and may take up to ten business days depending on the card issuer. Once the refund is completed, a confirmation email will be sent.
5	등록비가 두 번 중복 결제된 것 같아요. I think my registration fee was charged twice.	결제 완료 페이지로 이동하기 전에 새로고침을 할 경우 중복 결제가 발생할 수 있습니다. 운영 사무국으로 문의해주시면 확인 후 취소해드리겠습니다. Please contact the secretariat, and we will verify and cancel the duplicate payment.
6	현재는 학부생인데 9월에는 연구원이에요. 회원 구분을 어떻게 등록하면 될까요? I am currently an undergraduate student, but I will be a researcher in September. Which category should I choose?	학술대회 당일 기준 소속에 따라 등록해주시기 바랍니다. KSBNS 회원 구분 변경을 원하시는 경우 운영 사무국으로 문의해주시기 바랍니다. Please register according to your affiliation as of the conference date. If you would like to change your KSBNS membership category, please contact us by email.
7	연구실 인원 단체로 한 번에 결제하고 싶어요. Can we make a single group payment for our lab members?	등록자 전원이 결제수단을 Bank Transfer로 선택하여 등록해주시기 바랍니다. 이후 운영 사무국으로 등록자 명단과 결제하실 카드 정보를 보내주시면 결제 및 등록 완료 처리를 도와드립니다. 계좌이체로 진행하실 경우 사업자등록증을 보내주시면 계산서를 발행해드립니다. (국내 등록자에 한함) Please have all participants complete the registration by selecting Bank Transfer as the payment method. After that, send the list of registrants and the card details to the secretariat, and we will process the payment and complete the registrations. (Domestic Only)
8	초록 심사 결과 및 발표 일정은 언제 나오나요? When will the abstract review results and presentation schedule be announced?	초록 심사 결과는 7월 초에 확인하실 수 있습니다. 발표 일정은 이후 빠른 시일 내에 안내될 예정입니다. The abstract review results will be available in early July. The presentation schedule will be provided shortly thereafter.
9	학술대회 중 식사가 제공되나요? Will meals be provided during the conference?	공식적으로 제공되는 식사는 없습니다. 다만 런천세미나에 참여하시면 선착순으로 도시락이 제공됩니다. No official meals will be provided. However, lunch boxes will be available on a first-come, first-served basis for participants attending the luncheon seminars.
10	참가확인증 발급해주세요. Can I receive a certificate of attendance?	학술대회 종료 이후 마이페이지에서 발급받으실 수 있습니다. The certificate of attendance will be available on your My Page after the conference has concluded.
11	학술대회가 끝났는데 명찰을 분실했어요. 증빙을 위해 명찰 재발급이 가능한가요? I lost my name badge after the conference. Can it be reissued for verification purposes?	학술대회 종료 이후 명찰 재발급은 어렵습니다. Unfortunately, name badges cannot be reissued after the conference has ended.
